Automated high-precision testing of vibration characteristics in a 3D direction of a sample
Only system in the world in the aerospace field

This system is the only system in the world in the aerospace field that can conduct automated high-precision testing of vibration characteristics in a 3D direction of a sample A non-contact 3D scanning vibrometer sensor is loaded on the tip of a control robot for sensor positioning. In light of this, we are realizing automated measuring by synchronizing the robot’s movements with measuring operations by using integrated software. High precision measurements are possible by using a non-contact laser for measurements.

Fully automated measuring is possible if the size of the sample is within the operating range of the robot. Semi-automated measuring is possible while the robot is in motion, even for large-scale samples that exceed the robot’s range of movement. It is possible to measure various numeric data, including vibration time log, frequency spectrum and frequency response function, as well as measurement point coordinates. Data can naturally be graphed or animated, but mode characteristics can also be analyzed in coordination with the modal analysis software.
