With the vision of <<making the interplanetary travel "the norm" on and off the Earth>>, BULL is engaged in the development of Post-Mission Disposal (PMD) technologies that prevent the generation of space debris , as well as the provision of on-orbit services utilizing these technologies. Through these efforts, BULL is committed to advancing the sustainable development of the space industry in a new era.
As space utilization continues to expand, effective measures against space debris have become an essential challenge in balancing the preservation of the orbital environment with the long-term sustainability of the space industry. By delivering products and services centered on PMD technologies, BULL contributes to the realization of Space Sustainability, enabling the safe, stable, and continuous use of space for future generations.
As the first spin-off venture from Teikyo University, BULL leverages cutting-edge technologies through close collaboration with academic institutions that have extensive experience in the launch and operation of small satellites, as well as well-equipped research facilities. The team brings together professionals with diverse backgrounds spanning government, academia, and manufacturing.
In addition to the headquarters in Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan, where the company was founded in 2022, BULL established a wholly owned subsidiary in Paris, France in 2025. From its bases in Japan and Europe, the company is advancing its global business activities.
