Awarded the contract to be the commercial provider of satellite deployment service from “Kibo” on the ISS - Aug 2018:
Signed agreement for the 1st satellite deployment after the commercialization - Mar 2019:
Awarded the contract to be the single commercial service provider of “i-SEEP” and launches its new service “Space BD External Demonstrator”
Business
Space BD aims to become a one-stop shop to respond to all issues related to industrialization of space, and alleviate the work of businesses that are developing new technologies.
As a first step, Space BD, the authorized commercial service provider by JAXA, seeks to lower the burden of accessing space, and contributes to the commercialization of the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) region by providing solutions through business-driven approach to overcome various obstacles with industrialization of space.
